The Board of Directors of Banco Santander Chile (NYSE: BSAC; SSE: Bsantander) announced yesterday that it has agreed to summon the annual shareholders meeting on April 23, 2019. Among the items to be submitted for shareholder vote will be the annual dividend proposal of Ch$1.88457837 per share, corresponding to 60% of 2018 net income attributable to shareholders. With this proposal, the current dividend yield is 3.6%, considering the share price at the close of the Chilean stock market yesterday.
